Kiwitreks takes you on guided walks through tracks that most people never travel or even know about.

These tracks will take you through virgin New Zealand bush and forest where it is still possible to see endangered species such as the Korako and Kiwi as they have been for millenia.

During 2007 - 2008 season we are concentrating on tracks within Northland. This is an area of New Zealand that the majority of tourists and visitors miss as they head south from Auckland. For this reason it is unlikely that you will meet any other users of the tracks, even in the summer months.

Our guided walks include accomodation, food, transport and a local guide. Our walks vary both in length and fitness requirements. Please check the specific details for each walk to determine the minimum requirements.
